Because each Ruby & Raine piece is made especially for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Please review sizes before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will gladly send a replacement. Items must be unworn and unwashed.
